Customer Name and Billing Information Changes
If your company’s legal entity name, business name, address, and/or billing information has changed, and you are not assigning or transferring ownership of your account(s), or your obligations under your agreement(s) and/or order form(s) with Twilio, to another legal entity, please update the information in your account(s) accordingly.
- To update your information in the Twilio Account Portal, please follow these instructions.
- To update your information in the Twilio SendGrid Account Portal, please log into your Twilio SendGrid account to update the relevant information.
- To update your information in the Twilio Segment Account Portal, please contact your account manager. If you do not have the contact information for your account manager, please contact Customer Support.
Assignment or Transfer of your Agreement to Another Party or Legal Entity
If you are assigning or transferring ownership of your account(s), or your obligations under your agreement(s) and/or order form(s) with Twilio, to another legal entity (also known as the “assignee”), please follow the steps below:
Step 1: If the assignee desires to be invoiced for its fees, Twilio needs to approve the assignee for invoicing. In order to do this, please contact your account manager to have the assignee approved for invoicing. If you do not have the contact information for your account manager, please contact Customer Support.
If the assignee does not desire to be invoiced, skip Step 1 and proceed to Step 2.
Step 2: You and the assignee will need to sign Twilio’s Assignment and Assumption Agreement, which is required in order for the assignment or transfer to be effective. You will be required to input the name and email address of your signatory and the name and email address of the assignee’s signatory.
The assignment or transfer will be effective on the 1st day of the calendar month immediately following the effective date of the Assignment and Assumption Agreement.
Once the Assignment and Assumption Agreement is fully signed, all parties will receive a copy for their records via email.
Step 3: Please update your company’s legal entity name, business name, address, and/or billing information in your account(s).
- To update your information in the Twilio Account Portal, please follow these instructions. Please also update your notification preferences within the Twilio Account Portal accordingly.
- To update your information in the Twilio SendGrid Account Portal, please log into your Twilio SendGrid account to update the relevant information.
- To update your information in the Twilio Segment Account Portal, please contact your account manager. If you do not have the contact information for your account manager, please contact Customer Support.
