The new Personalized recommendations will analyze your messaging traffic and provide actionable steps to enhance deliverability and performance based on common issues we observe in your messaging traffic. Personalized Recommendations are now available in Public Beta to all Twilio Messaging customers using the Intelligent Discovery AI Assistant in Messaging Insights.

We roll out releases gradually over the span of a few weeks. If you have automatic Flex UI updates enabled, you can now opt in to have new minor releases applied to your Flex instance as soon as they’re available. We recommend this on accounts used for development or testing purposes to explore new features right away.

Existing SendGrid users can now take advantage of the Unified Login feature that lets you use one set of user credentials to log in to all Twilio products. As you login to SendGrid, you will be prompted to either link your existing Twilio credentials or create a new Twilio user.
With the new Unified Login feature, you can manage user settings across your Twilio services in one place in the Twilio Console. This feature allows you to easily sign up for another Twilio product and have a seamless cross-product navigation experience.
This will be rolled out over the next few weeks to eligible SendGrid users. Your SendGrid email and Twilio email must match to link successfully. At this time, linking multiple SendGrid accounts to one Twilio user is not supported.

You can now search, filter, and sort Content Templates based on their language, the type, the date it was created, and the contents within the template!
Use these search and filter parameters to easily find and manage your templates. You can use these to quickly identify templates and their approval status using whatever filter is easiest for you prior to sending them out. You can also see what channels the templates are approved to be used for.

Multi Sender ID provides Twilio customers with the capability to register multiple Alphanumeric Sender IDs under a single account within the same country. Before now, Twilio customers wanting to use this sender type in registration countries would have to create multiple accounts and manage them independently in order to have multiple active senders in the same country. With the launch of Multi Sender ID in GA, you can utilize the capabilities and reach that comes with using Alphanumeric Sender IDs in a single account - available in over 185 countries globally.

We are excited to announce that Flex UI 2.8.0 is now available. This release features the following additions and updates:
Additional language support for Agent Copilot, so you can now generate wrap-up notes for Spanish and Portuguese conversations.
In Unified Profiles, we’ve added:
Customer highlights for outbound conversations
The ability for agents to manually refresh a customer’s profile history
Improved configurability for the profile header and recent activity
Enhanced container capabilities which allow your agent experiences to benefit from existing Flex programmability features
When a task comes in and a profile is associated with the customer’s email address, the customer’s name now appears in the task
Flex on Citrix VDI now supports remote devices running ChromeOS, including Chromebooks.
Updated the Voice SDK to version 2.11.1.
Updated the behavior of the Flex UI API Reference version selector so that broken links redirect to the newest documentation for the selected version instead of showing an error message.
