We had recently announced the GA of Voice Insights Call Annotations. In the initial release of Call Annotations, we had set a character limit of 100 characters for the comment and incident field. However, based on user feedback and our commitment to providing a seamless experience, we have now increased the character limit to 1024 characters. This enhancement empowers you to provide more detailed and comprehensive annotations, enabling deeper analysis and understanding of your voice call data.
