Voice Insights – Introduction of Branded Calling Filters in Console (Public Beta)

Voice Insights customers who are also Branded Calling customers can now access Branded Calling filters within the Voice Insights Dashboard in Console.

 

With this release, customers can easily monitor calls belonging to a  Branded Trust Product Bundle SID as well as calls that were enabled with Branded Calling. Customers will be able to measure the ROI of their campaigns by monitoring the completion rate of the calls which were branded. Furthermore, if Answering Machine Detection (AMD) was enabled for these calls, customers can utilize Voice Insights, to ascertain whether the branded calls were answered by a person or redirected to voicemail. 

Throughout the public beta period for Branded Calling, the filters will be accessible at no cost to all Voice Insights customers; however, following the general availability (GA) release, these filters will be limited to Voice Insights Advanced Features customers.
