Voice Insights Advanced Features Pricing Update
The existing list price of $0.0025/min will change to the tiered pricing shown below:
Monthly Thresholds | New Price Per Min |
First 100K minutes | $0.0024 |
Next 900k minutes | $0.0023 |
Next 9M minutes | $0.0018 |
Next 40M minutes | $0.0011 |
Any minutes over 50M minutes | $0.0006 |
This price change does not affect customers who are locked-in with a fixed price on their contract. The Voice Insights Advanced Features will be accessible as an upgrade through the self-serve experience in Twilio Console.
