Voice Intelligence - New subscriptions to Event Streams will be restricted
New subscriptions to Voice Intelligence Event Streams Types will be restricted. The following Event Types are impacted:
- com.twilio.engagement-intelligence.transcript.finished
- com.twilio.engagement-intelligence.transcript.operators.results-available
These Event Types will be restricted after June 13th, 2024 at 14:00 UTC. Learn more about using restricted Event Types in Restricted Event Types. Customers will not be able to add these events to an existing subscription or create new subscriptions to these event types. If you delete any of your existing subscriptions or remove one of the restricted Event Types, you will not be able to create a new subscription or add them back.
