Twilio Voice Media IP Migration - 100% Traffic Switch

As previously communicated, Twilio's public Voice IP migration has completed as of 8am UTC-8.

The public Voice media IP migration is complete as of 8am UTC-8.

All Elastic SIP Trunking, Flex, Programmable SIP, SIPREC, and Voice SDK calls will now use the new IP and port range for call media.
