Twilio SIPREC Billing Changes, Effective August 1, 2023

Twilio has identified that for some call flows, usage associated with SIPREC minutes was not being properly billed.

We've identified the root cause and on August 1, 2023 we will fix the error and SIPREC usage for the impacted call flows will begin properly showing up on your Twilio usage.
