Twilio Senders API now available in Public Beta
WhatsApp Senders can now be registered and managed programmatically using the Twilio Senders API, now available in a Public Beta.
The Senders API powers Twilio’s support for the WhatsApp Tech Provider Program — which enables Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to onboard their client businesses to WhatsApp at scale and completely self-service.
The Senders API allows for the programmatic ability to:
Create and register WhatsApp Senders
Verify a WhatsApp Sender to complete registration when needed
Fetch a WhatsApp Sender’s status, messaging limit, and quality rating
Update a WhatsApp Sender’s public brand profile
Update a WhatsApp Sender’s inbound message webhooks and message status webhooks
Delete a WhatsApp Sender from Twilio
