Real-Time (Streaming) Transcriptions is now live in Public Beta

As of June 28th, 2024, Real-Time Transcription is available in public beta. This feature offers a seamless way for you to receive and utilize voice call transcriptions in real-time, integrating effortlessly with your business logic for applications such as call center quality assurance and lead generation.

Real-Time Transcription is designed to enhance your voice communications by providing real-time insights and analytics from your calls.

Here's what you can expect:

  • Live Transcription: Automatically transcribe live calls in near real-time. Choose what to transcribe (e.g., caller, callee, both) and how to transcribe (e.g., language, profanity filtering, speech model).
  • Webhook Integration: Receive transcription data on every utterance via webhooks, enabling you to integrate transcription data into your applications seamlessly.
  • Custom Configuration: Configure transcription settings to meet your specific business needs, enhancing use cases such as quality assurance, compliance, and lead generation.

Real Time Transcriptions, including the <Transcriptions> TwiML noun and API, use artificial intelligence or machine learning technologies. By enabling or using any of the features or functionalities within Programmable Voice that are identified as using artificial intelligence or machine learning technology, you acknowledge and agree that your use of these features or functionalities is subject to the terms of the Predictive and Generative AI/ML Features Addendum.
