Programmable Voice SDK Roaming GLL now available in Umatilla/US2

Twilio has enabled automatic roaming GLL call handling for Programmable Voice SDKs from our Umatilla/us2 edge location. Your SDK client calls on the Western half of North America will now automatically route through our Umatilla, Oregon edge location.
