New SendGrid Webhook: Account Status Change

Twilio SendGrid is introducing a new event webhook that updates customers when punitive actions are taken against a user or subuser such as a suspension or ban. These can occur when phishing, elevated spam or unusual activity is detected on the account. 

The Account Status Change webhook can be configured on the Webhook Settings page of the console or via API. Enabling this webhook will help speed up the resolution of any suspensions to your account or subusers.
