New Navigation Experience in Twilio Console

We have launched a new navigation experience in the Twilio Console designed to improve accessibility for account administration and organization management.
The new experience features an 'Admin' menu in the top navigation bar that provides easy access to account-level administration options like billing, account settings, auth tokens and Trust Hub. The Twilio Admin Center which is the management UI for Twilio Organizations has been renamed to 'Twilio Admin' and is also accessible from the new Admin menu. A new Help menu icon is added in the top navigation bar for quick access to the Help Center and Twilio’s Developer Docs.

What's New

New ‘Admin’ Menu

A new 'Admin' dropdown menu has been added to the top navigation bar of the Console, replacing the former ‘Account’ and ‘Billing’ menu items. This menu provides easy access to account-level administration options like billing, account management and compliance via the Trust Hub. This menu is also the place to find Twilio Admin, where you can manage your Twilio Organization.

Changes in Navigation Links for Account Administration

So where did everything go? With the former ‘Account’ and ‘Billing’ top navigation items move into ‘Admin’, you are still able to access the all links previously found through those menu items after selecting them from the dropdown:

  1. Account Management - The pages previously found under the ‘Account’ menu are now accessible from the ‘Account management’ link

  2. Account Billing - The pages previously located under the ‘Billing’ menu can now be accessed via the ‘Account billing’ link

  3. Trust Hub - Compliance management pages within the Trust Hub section are now directly accessible through the ‘Account Trust Hub’ link

Renaming Admin Center (the management UI for Twilio Organizations)

The Admin Center has been renamed to Twilio Admin and can be accessed from the new ‘Admin’ dropdown menu. Upon accessing the Twilio Admin, users will find the same functionality as before but with a cleaner, more modern design that is consistent with the rest of the Twilio Console.

Accessing Help Center and Docs

The helpful links section formerly found near the bottom of the Console side navigation bar has moved to become a new Help menu item in the top navigation bar.  Here you’ll be able to get quick access to the Help Center, Twilio’s Developer Docs and more.
