RCS Business Messaging now has a redesigned end-to-end compliance registration flow. The new console experience collects all Google and U.S. carrier requirements in one guided session, shows country-level pricing, gives customers visibility into the status of their submission, and accelerates approvals through automated carrier and verification integrations.
What's new with RCS Business Messaging Onboarding
Choose your target countries upfront: Customers can select the countries they want to reach and see applicable pricing before you begin registration
Complete registration in one guided session: The new flow collects all Google and U.S. carrier compliance requirements together, so there's no need for follow-up support tickets
Track progress after submission: Customers can see exactly where their registration stands across review stages and get notified when registration status changes
Faster approvals: Automated integration with Twilio's third-party brand verification vendor and U.S. carriers helps accelerate the review process
Currently available for Google and U.S. carrier registrations, with additional countries planned for future releases.
