Flex integration for Google Dialogflow CX Voice Virtual Agents is now in Public Beta
We are excited to announce that the Google Dialogflow CX integration with Flex for Voice Channels is now in Public Beta. Customers can use their Google Dialogflow CX Virtual Agent in Flex for handling incoming voice calls and based on escalation intent, route the calls to a live agent. Agents can also view the full transcript of the Virtual Agent conversation with the customer when the live agent handoff is initiated.
