[U.S. A2P 10DLC] Launching Self-Service Brand Deletion in Console
To delete a Brand, please first head to Twilio Console - Messaging - Regulatory Compliance - Brands page to locate the Brand you wish to delete and click into it. Next, delete any Campaigns associated with the Brand. Once there are no Campaigns associate with this Brand, you will be able to use the "Delete" button on the page to delete the Brand.
Please note, this action is permanent and cannot be undone. Performing this action will delete this Brand object in Twilio and TCR, as well as the associated A2P Trust Bundle / Sole Proprietor A2P Trust Bundle, which API customers set up during the Brand registration process. However, your Primary / Secondary / Starter Customer Profile objects will not be deleted and will remain valid to be used for other Twilio products.
At this point, the Brand Delete feature does not support deleting shared Brands. It is also not yet available via Twilio APIs. If you wish to delete a shared Brand or perform Brand deletion in bulk, please reach out to Twilio Support and provide the associated Brand SIDs.
