Are you a Twilio Flex user? Flex has out-of-the-box support for Salesforce Open CTI, so you can power your Salesforce environment with omnichannel communications offered by Flex. Both Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience integrations are supported. Find out more over in the Flex docs.

Twilio for Salesforce is priced at $15 per seat per month and is currently offered as a free 30-day, 30-seat trial. Licenses do not expire in Sandbox environments.
