To start customizing Email in Flex, you'll need some basic familiarity with the Conversations API and the Flex UI. Conversations help you access the actual messages being sent in the Flex UI, while the Flex UI allows you to control how emails are rendered for your contact center agents.
Email in Flex requires Flex UI version 2.5.0 or later.
