60709: Business Profile already exists

This warning appears when you try to create a Business Profile for an account that already has one. Use one Primary Customer Profile for your core business identity on an account. If you need to represent a different brand or business, create a Secondary Customer Profile instead.
- The account already has a Primary Customer Profile, and the request attempts to create another Business Profile.
- You started the profile in the wrong main account. Primary Customer Profiles are created at the master account level.
- You need to register a different brand or business identity and tried to create another primary profile instead of a secondary profile.
- Open Trust Hub and review the Customer Profiles already associated with the account before you create a new Business Profile.
- If the business or brand differs from the managing company, create a Secondary Customer Profile instead of another Primary Customer Profile.
- If you work across multiple accounts or subaccounts, switch to the correct main account before creating the profile. Primary Customer Profiles are created on the main account, and Twilio does not expose them to subaccounts.
