A 32602 Error is an indication that the referenced connector is not a valid <VirtualAgent> connector.

• The connector referenced by the supplied connectorName does not exist
• The connector referenced by the supplied connectorName is not a VirtualAgent connector
• The supplied TwiML is missing the connectorName attribute

• Check the connectorName attribute in your TwiML and ensure that it matches the unique name of a VirtualAgent connector
