Description

Twilio failed to encrypt and securely store transcription results. The transcription files have been deleted and the resource has been marked as "failed"

Possible Causes

Twilio failed to encrypt transcription results and all retries attempts were exhausted

Possible Solutions

Set a public key that can be used to encrypt transcription results or disable encryption so future transcriptions can be successfully processed and stored
