63042: Template disabled

ERROR
This error means WhatsApp has disabled the template. You cannot send messages with a template in the disabled state. WhatsApp disables templates after repeated negative feedback from end users or for a policy violation.
- End users repeatedly blocked your business or reported messages that used this template as spam.
- The template was paused multiple times because of negative feedback and was then permanently deactivated.
- The template content violated one or more WhatsApp policies.
- Stop sending with this template. Use a different approved template for outbound WhatsApp messages.
- Create a new template with revised content and submit it for approval. Submitted templates cannot be edited, so create another template with the desired changes.
- Revise the template to reduce negative feedback. Add clear context, avoid vague or spam-like wording, and reference the previous conversation when you need to reopen the 24-hour customer service window.
- Monitor future template status changes by creating Twilio Alerts for 63042, 63041, and 63040.
