Description

A conversation could not be created because the Messaging service required for Frontline is missing.

Possible Causes

You may have deleted the Messaging service that auto-creates conversations in the Frontline Conversations service.

Possible Solutions

Configure a new "Default Messaging Service" from the console, under the Conversations defaults.
