The limit of the number of Broadcast requests for this account has been reached

Possible Causes

You are at the limit of Broadcast requests for your account and cannot create any additional Broadcasts

Possible Solutions

Wait for your existing Broadcasts to process before creating more Broadcasts
If you have any Broadcasts with status PENDING_UPLOAD, upload a file to those Broadcasts first to resume processing on them
