30895: Campaign vetting rejection - Direct Lending - Campaign and Content Attribute Error
MESSAGING
ERROR
This error means your A2P 10DLC Campaign appears to involve direct lending or loan arrangements, but the Campaign registration did not identify that content correctly. If your business engages in direct, first-party lending, indicate Direct Lending in the Campaign description so the review team can set the correct attribute during review. This applies even if the Campaign use case is not directly offering loans, such as OTP or 2FA.
- Your Campaign is associated with a financial institution or loan-arrangement use case, but the registration did not disclose direct lending.
- The Campaign description did not include Direct Lending even though the business engages in direct, first-party lending. This can still cause rejection when the Campaign is for OTP or 2FA rather than loan offers.
- The direct lending content setting was not selected during Console registration, or the direct lending indicator was not set correctly in the API request.
- The Campaign description or sample messages suggest lending activity, but the registered content attributes do not match that use case. (help.twilio.com)
- Edit the failed Campaign and update the Campaign description so it clearly states who is sending the messages, who receives them, and why. If the business engages in direct lending, include Direct Lending in that description.
- If you resubmit in Console, select the message content option for direct lending or loan arrangements.
- If you resubmit through the API, set the direct lending indicator correctly for the Campaign before submitting it again.
- If the Campaign is not related to direct lending, revise the description so it accurately reflects the actual use case and does not imply lending activity. Make sure the description matches the selected Campaign use case and your sample messages. (help.twilio.com)
- Resubmit the same failed Campaign after you make the correction. Failed Campaigns can be edited and resubmitted, and the vetting fee is assessed only once per Campaign.
