30568: Call-to-Action is missing the business or brand name

Twilio Messaging DocumentationMessaging
Twilio Phone Numbers DocumentationPhone Numbers

Description

description page anchor

This error applies to both Toll-Free Verification and A2P 10DLC registration.

The Call-to-Action (CTA) asks consumers to consent to messages but does not identify the business or brand that will send them.

For a business or program name missing from Terms of Service, see 30557. Mismatched branding and a missing live opt-in link are separate failures.

Possible causes

possible-causes page anchor
  • The opt-in disclosure invites consumers to receive messages without naming the sender.
  • The business name appears elsewhere on the page but is absent from the CTA.
  • Add the sending business or brand name to the CTA where consent is collected, and ensure the name is consistent with the registered business details.
  • For example, identify the sender with "Receive order updates from Acme." This example illustrates the business-name element only, not a complete compliant CTA.
  • Provide updated evidence showing the complete CTA for registration review.
