# 30568: Call-to-Action is missing the business or brand name

Log Type: APPLICATION

Log Level: ERROR

## Description

This error applies to both Toll-Free Verification and A2P 10DLC registration.

The Call-to-Action (CTA) asks consumers to consent to messages but does not identify the business or brand that will send them.

For a business or program name missing from Terms of Service, see [30557](/docs/api/errors/30557). Mismatched branding and a missing live opt-in link are separate failures.

### Possible causes

* The opt-in disclosure invites consumers to receive messages without naming the sender.
* The business name appears elsewhere on the page but is absent from the CTA.

### Possible solutions

* Add the sending business or brand name to the CTA where consent is collected, and ensure the name is consistent with the registered business details.
* For example, identify the sender with "Receive order updates from Acme." This example illustrates the business-name element only, not a complete compliant CTA.
* Provide updated evidence showing the complete CTA for registration review.
