30533: Person-to-person (P2P) use cases are not supported

This error applies to both Toll-Free Verification and A2P 10DLC registration.

Messaging registration supports application-to-person (A2P) use cases only. Person-to-person (P2P) messaging is not supported.

• The number was requested to send messages person to person.
• The use case describes individuals texting each other rather than a business sending messages to consumers.

• If the submitted description does not reflect your actual business messaging, correct it and provide matching evidence. Person-to-person messaging itself is not supported by this registration program; changing only the description does not make it eligible.
