For a Push Challenge, the signature in AuthPayload is invalid.
For a TOTP Challenge, the OTP code in AuthPayload is invalid.

For a Push Challenge, check the signature sent in AuthPayload and retry.
For a TOTP Challenge, check the OTP code sent in AuthPayload and retry.
