A 32603 Error is an indication that <VirtualAgent> TwiML contains invalid or unsupported <Config> attributes

  • Some of the <Config> attribute(s) referenced in the <VirtualAgent> TwiML are not supported by the VirtualAgent provider.

Possible Solutions

  • Ensure the correct <VirtualAgent> connector is being referenced
  • Review the Debugger message in console and update or remove the offending attributes
