PSTN Post-Dial Delay timer (60s) expired due to lack of response from multiple Carriers in route.

Possible Solutions

Check the dialed Number to ensure it is currently reachable.
If you believe the Number is currently reachable, please reach out to Twilio Support through the Console or Help Center and be sure to mention this Error code.
