30971: Business contact email cannot be verified

The contact email address cannot be verified as associated with your business. Use an official business-domain address where available. A free-provider address may be accepted when its association with the business can be verified from the evidence described below.

• A personal or free email domain (such as @gmail.com) was provided instead of a business domain, and it cannot be verified on your website.
• The email domain does not correspond to your business name.
• The email domain provided does not match the official business email domain listed on your corporate website.

• Use an email address on your business's official domain (for example, name@yourcompany.com).
• If you use a free-provider address, provide evidence that verifies its association with the business.
• If you use a free provider address, make sure that exact address is published on your official website or social media so it can be verified.
