This error means your A2P 10DLC campaign was rejected during vetting because the submitted use case includes disallowed content. Campaigns that contain forbidden use cases or prohibited content cannot be approved.
- The campaign promotes high-risk financial services such as loan marketing, stock alerts, cryptocurrency, or other risky investment content.
- The campaign involves third-party debt collection, debt reduction, credit repair, or third-party lead generation.
- The campaign includes gambling, sweepstakes, or federally illegal substances.
- The campaign's business model or message content falls into a forbidden category for messaging in the US and Canada or otherwise violates Messaging Policy requirements. (help.twilio.com)
- Do not resubmit the same campaign. Campaigns rejected for disallowed content are ineligible for resubmission.
- Review your campaign use case, sample messages, and business model against the forbidden message categories and Messaging Policy before creating a different compliant campaign. (help.twilio.com)
