30885: Campaign vetting rejection - High Risk
MESSAGING
ERROR
This error appears when your A2P 10DLC campaign submission is rejected as high risk during vetting. This rejection is used for campaigns associated with potentially fraudulent activity and the rejected campaign is not eligible for standard resubmission.
- Your proposed campaign use case was identified as other potentially fraudulent activity during manual campaign vetting.
- Your campaign description, sample messages, website, or opt-in flow suggests deceptive marketing, phishing, or another prohibited messaging pattern.
- Your registration pattern appears high risk, such as duplicative campaign attributes or an excessive number of brands registered with the same EIN or Tax ID. (help.twilio.com)
- Do not resubmit the same rejected campaign. This rejection category is not remediated by editing and resubmitting the existing campaign.
- If you plan to register a different campaign, materially change the campaign content or use case and make sure it matches your actual opt-in flow, sample messages, and messaging practices.
- Review your use case against Twilio Messaging Policy and prohibited message category guidance before you submit a new campaign.
- If you believe this rejection was made in error, contact Twilio Support to appeal the decision.
