Twilio could not complete processing of your A2P 10DLC Brand registration because an internal system error occurred. If the Brand enters FAILED status, review the errors list in the BrandRegistration resource or the failure details in Console before you resubmit.
- An internal Twilio system error interrupted processing of the Brand registration request.
- Check the Brand's status and failure details in Console or by fetching the
BrandRegistrationresource. Brands that cannot be verified move toFAILED, and the resource includes anerrorsarray for troubleshooting. - Use Console or the Twilio Trust Hub API to resubmit the Brand if it remains in
FAILEDstate. Twilio supports up to three self-service resubmissions for Brands in theFAILEDstate. - Contact Twilio Support if the error persists or if you have already used the available self-service resubmissions.
