30747: Brand Registration Failure: Address duplicate threshold reached
MESSAGING
ERROR
This error occurs when a Sole Proprietor Brand registration uses an address that has already reached the allowed duplicate threshold. Each Sole Proprietor Brand must use a unique address in the connected Starter Customer Profile Bundle.
- The Starter Customer Profile Bundle linked to the Brand registration contains an address that has already been used for another Sole Proprietor Brand.
- The address attached to the registration failed the duplicate address check for Sole Proprietor onboarding.
- The connected Starter Customer Profile Bundle still points to an older address record that is already associated with a different Sole Proprietor Brand.
- Edit the connected Starter Customer Profile Bundle and replace the current address with a different address that is unique for this Sole Proprietor Brand.
- If you register through the API, create a new
customer_profile_addressSupporting Document for the updated address and attach it to the Starter Customer Profile Bundle. - Submit the updated Starter Customer Profile Bundle for review. After the profile update is accepted, resubmit the Sole Proprietor Brand registration request.
- Confirm that the address you submit for the Sole Proprietor registration is a valid address for this brand and is not being reused from another Sole Proprietor Brand registration.
