30702: Brand Registration Failure: Registration not found

Twilio could not reconcile your A2P Brand registration with The Campaign Registry (TCR). This error usually means the Brand record is no longer active or is no longer available in TCR.
- The Brand is no longer active in TCR.
- The Brand was deleted before reconciliation completed.
- Open Messaging > Regulatory Compliance > Brands in Console and review the failure details for the affected Brand.
- Check the BrandRegistration resource and review its
statusanderrorsfields to confirm whether the registration is still valid. - If the Brand is in a failed state, correct the underlying Customer Profile or A2P Messaging Profile information before you resubmit.
- If you use the Console, delete the failed Brand and submit a new Brand after you correct the profile information.
- If you use the API, update the related profile or trust bundle data first, then retry the Brand registration flow.
- If the Brand is no longer active or has already been deleted, register the Brand again.
