30562: Terms of Service missing message and data rates disclosure

This error applies to both Toll-Free Verification and A2P 10DLC registration.

Your Terms of Service omit the required notice informing subscribers that wireless carriers may charge standard fees for sending and receiving messages.

• The Terms of Service outline program rules but do not state that message and data rates may apply.

• Include explicit "Message and data rates may apply" disclosure language within the Terms of Service.
• Resubmit your registration once the disclosure is added.
