30558: Terms of Service missing message frequency disclosure

This error applies to both Toll-Free Verification and A2P 10DLC registration.

Your Terms of Service do not specify how often subscribers can expect to receive messages from your messaging program.

• The Terms of Service omit any statement about how often messages will be sent.
• No message frequency is disclosed, such as a recurring cadence or an exact message count.

• Update the Terms of Service to state the message frequency, such as "Message frequency may vary" for recurring programs.
• For one-time or fixed programs, specify an exact message count.
• Resubmit your registration once the message frequency is disclosed.
