30556: SMS consent is bundled with other communication channels

This error applies to both Toll-Free Verification and A2P 10DLC registration.

Messaging consent must be collected separately from other use cases, services, and communication channels such as email or phone calls. It cannot be bundled with consent for other channels.

• SMS consent is combined or bundled with other channels such as email or phone calls.
• The form does not offer a separate, standalone opt-in for SMS.

• Separate SMS enrollment from all other communication channels so the user can opt into text messages independently.
• Resubmit with a standalone SMS opt-in.
