30549: No Terms of Service link found in the opt-in flow

This error applies to both Toll-Free Verification and A2P 10DLC registration.

No direct, accessible link to the messaging program's Terms of Service was found in the opt-in flow or at the Call-to-Action (CTA). A clickable Terms of Service link must be present where consent is collected.

• The opt-in flow or CTA requests consent but has no visible, clickable link to the program's Terms of Service.
• A Terms of Service link is present elsewhere but not within or adjacent to the opt-in or CTA disclosure.

• Include an accessible hyperlink to the Terms of Service within or immediately adjacent to the opt-in flow and the CTA disclosure text.
• Resubmit once the link is in place.
