30540: Double opt-in confirmation message is required

This error applies to both Toll-Free Verification and A2P 10DLC registration.

You must provide the confirmation message that is sent to users after they double opt in to your messaging program.

• The double opt-in confirmation field is empty.
• The confirmation message is missing required compliance disclosures.

• Provide a double opt-in confirmation message that includes the brand name, program name, a "message and data rates may apply" disclosure, and help and opt-out disclosures, then resubmit.
