30534: Testing use case is missing business or program details

This error applies to both Toll-Free Verification and A2P 10DLC registration.

Testing use cases still require complete, accurate business information and full messaging program details. Placeholder text is not accepted.

• Business information fields were filled with the word "testing."
• Use case details include only the word "testing" without an actual description.
• The submission does not confirm that messaging is strictly internal with no external recipients.

• Provide accurate business details, including a live website, valid address, and correct contact information.
• Add a detailed testing use case description with supporting documentation that identifies the recipients.
• Confirm that messaging is strictly internal and that no messages will be sent to external recipients, then resubmit.
