30501: Political messaging: Campaign Verify token is invalid or unverifiable

Political messaging campaigns must include a valid Campaign Verify token. If the token cannot be validated or does not match the submitting political entity, the submission cannot be approved. A missing required token is a separate error described by 30502.

• The Campaign Verify token provided cannot be validated.
• The token does not match the political entity listed in the submission.
• The Business Registration Number (BRN) tied to the token does not match the BRN provided in the submission.
• A token issued for another messaging program (Short Code, 10DLC, or RCS) was submitted instead of a Toll-Free token.

• Register at campaignverify.org to obtain a token, and confirm the token entered is correct and active.
• Ensure the token is associated with the same political entity listed in the submission.
• Verify the BRN tied to the token matches the BRN provided in the submission.
• Make sure the token was issued for Toll-Free messaging and the use case is set to Political, then resubmit.
