30485: Message couldn't be delivered

We temporarily blocked delivery to the destination number because the traffic matched patterns associated with fraudulent messaging. This block is usually temporary, but it can remain in place longer if suspicious activity continues.

• We identified potential fraudulent messaging activity targeting the destination number.
• Delivery to that destination was temporarily blocked while we continued to monitor for suspicious traffic.
• The block remained active because the suspicious activity had not fully subsided.

• Wait and retry later if the message is legitimate. This disruption usually resolves within a few hours if we do not detect additional fraudulent activity.
• Review your messaging flow for abuse or unauthorized use. Enable SMS Pumping Protection, restrict SMS Geo Permissions to the countries where you do business, and secure your account credentials to reduce repeat fraud-related blocking.
• Add trusted recipients to the Global Safe List if they should never be blocked by Twilio fraud and risk checks.
• If legitimate traffic continues to hit this error, collect at least 3 affected Message SIDs from the last 24 hours and contact Support so we can investigate.
