30475: Toll Free rejection: Messaging consent is bundled with other agreements

This error identifies messaging consent that is bundled with another agreement. Accepting unrelated terms, a privacy policy, or a general account agreement must not also grant messaging consent.

• One acceptance action grants both messaging consent and acceptance of unrelated agreements.
• Messaging consent is embedded in general terms instead of being a separate, explicit choice.

• Provide a standalone consent action specific to the messaging program.
• Separate that action from accepting unrelated terms, privacy policies, or account agreements.
• Submit evidence of the corrected consent flow and resubmit for review.
• A separate consent action that is nevertheless required to complete a purchase, registration, or service action is a distinct failure described by 30505.
