30448: Toll-Free verification rejection - Age-gated program not identified

This error identifies an age-restricted program that is not correctly declared in the Toll-Free verification submission. A compliant age gate does not replace the required declaration.

• The program includes age-restricted content, but the age-restricted classification is missing or incorrect.
• The AgeGatedContent field does not correctly identify the content when the request is submitted through the API.

• Select the correct age-restricted classification and update AgeGatedContent when using the API.
• Resubmit the corrected declaration with evidence appropriate to the use case.
• A missing or inadequate age gate is a separate failure described by 30512. Alcohol-specific gate failures are described by 30529.
