This error occurs when you request a Deactivations report for a date that is not available yet. Twilio updates Deactivations reports daily, so requests for a future date or for the current date before processing is complete can return this error.
- You requested a date in the future.
- You requested the current date before Twilio finished processing that day's Deactivations data.
- Request an earlier date that is already available.
- If you requested the current date, wait until Twilio finishes processing the daily Deactivations report and try again.
- If you automate requests to the Deactivations resource, schedule them after the daily report is published so your job does not request unavailable data.
