21739: Brand Registration Failure: 2FA Verification Failed or Timed Out

Brand registration failed because the Authentication+ verification flow for the brand contact email was not completed. This can happen when the contact does not finish the verification steps, does not enter the PIN code, or the verification session times out.
- The brand contact did not complete the Authentication+ verification after receiving the 2FA email.
- The brand contact started the verification flow but did not enter the required PIN code.
- The verification session timed out before the process was completed.
- The verification request was not completed promptly enough to finish the required steps.
- Re-initiate the 2FA request in Console or with the Brand 2FA Verification API.
- Ask your brand contact to complete the verification as soon as they receive the email and before the deadline shown in that email.
- If the contact email needs to change, update
brand_contact_emailin the associatedus_a2p_messaging_profile_informationbundle, then trigger Authentication+ verification again. - If the contact did not receive the email, resend the verification email from Console and confirm the mailbox can receive external messages.
