Campaign registration failed due to the Brand missing a Brand Contact Email.

• Brand is missing a Brand Contact Email and has not completed the Brand 2FA process which will prevent the creation of new campaigns.

• Update the brand registration's BrandContactEmail with a valid email address and complete the Brand 2FA process.
